Krankem products come with a "limited lifetime" warranty. Does this feel vague? We don't want it to be! It's our goal that the product you purchased be free of any manufacturer's defects for the lifetime of the product. If it's not, we want to make it right.

That's why we don't put a time-frame on our warranty. We approach any and all claims with the same mentality - "What's the right thing to do?" If your product malfunctioned because of a manufacturing defect, that's on us. If you ran into a tree stump, that's on you.

Effectively : please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage that may come from running into a tree with your sled. It's designed to cover defects in the actual manufacturing process (welds, etc.).

Our warranty process is handled by Krankem's distributor, Mountain Sports Distribution, Inc. Your contact will be with them for your claim. The form will open in a new window.

Orders over $100? Shipping’s on us.

For orders under $100, it’s a flat $15.

We aim to get your order out the door within 2 business days, shipping it via the best and most cost-effective method—could be Canada Post, Loomis, UPS, FedEx, or Purolator.
